Old West Mexican Restaurant was established in Des Moines in 2010, and we’ve been bringing you the best food in town ever since. In May 2013, we opened a new location in Maryville, TN. We’re pleased that you have selected us to serve you, and we appreciate your patronage and hope that you will return often. We strive constantly to present the highest quality food, well prepared and at very moderate prices.
